Drawing on his over 45 years of experience in New Jersey commercial real estate, Richard Falkin is one of the most successful commercial real estate agents in the tri-state area. During his extensive and storied career he has helped clients close deals worth over $2 Billion. A well-respected and long-term resident as well as agent in the markets he serves, he has earned his reputation for quality in CRE, while receiving consistently high marks for his ability to help clients meet their unique needs – even in the most challenging market conditions.
Richard remains involved in all aspects of the CRE business and continues to serve a diverse range of client companies. He is known for anticipating and meeting clients' immediate and long-term needs, while tailoring each search or transaction to each client individually. Corey is a financial expert with deep knowledge of the complex commercial lending and real estate markets. He has personally helped commercial clients secure more than $200 million in loans and financing, with dozens of seven-figure transactions closed in the competitive NY-NJ commercial real estate market alone. He was previously a senior financial specialist at a prominent fintech lender, has deep experience with Small Business Administration (SBA) lending as well as private commercial transactions.
Corey joined the Falkin Group full time in 2021, but he grew up around the business and has been closely connected to the company's work for years. He benefits from a lifetime of learning the industry from his grandfather, father, Richard, and uncles. He assists clients with all aspects of the commercial real estate process – not only helping them find the right property for their business needs but also securing financing to close deals on the right terms.
